Boracay island resort, Aklan Philippines
featured Accommodation

This Month we highlight a selection of successful resorts located at Boracay Island. As in Real Estate, business is concentrated on location, location and location!

At Boracay Island there is no doubt of location, that's simply perfect, perfect in the view of real property ownership or booking a place to wind down to a relaxed lifestyle.

Boracay at the North Western tip of the Aklan province of the Island Panay in Western Visayas has the advantage of 2 airports, one for small planes up to about 50 seats like the Dash 7, a Canadian build 4 prop machine and an airport, flying-in the guests from the international airports of Manila and Cebu, located at Kalibo.

This has to be followed up by a land trip by bus, minivan or a resort assigned vehicle and takes 1 to 1 ˝ hour.

For a late arrival or early departure to your final destination we can recommend a quiet, clean and comfortable Hotel in Kalibo, only 10 to 15 minutes from the airport.

This is Beachcomber Inn-Kalibo, a Department of Tourism Accredited Hotel, and value for money, priced from a basic 21 to 32 us dollars a room.

At the original arrival, or more "landing ashore",
at station 3, 2 or 1
.

They call a beach landing a station, station 1, station 2, station 3, and on station 2 is located a resort, called Boracay Peninsula and is at one hand reach to several other resorts, the white beach, the brand new Mandarin, Regency, DeParis, Seraph and a good bar with lounge music and shops around, the Plazoleta.

The Peninsula is a hot-spot under our web visitors and for sure a reflection of their thoughts while at Peninsula Boracay, simply in an area of a diameter of 200 meters you can find all, white beach sand, crystal clear sea water, enough shade from palm trees, bars and fun places, beach performances, beach sports, foods galore, but foremost the hip underground disco called: Wave Disco, at Boracay
Regency.

In contrast to this, but along the white beach at it's almost end,
a resort is called Acanthus.

boracay resorts            boracay resorts

Acanthus is a resort inspired by Balinese architecture, external, internal and so different of the rest that we show its picture and Acanthus has only 6 apartments and 1 penthouse.
We are informed that Acanthus is for sale too.

Sanders, not along the white beach pad, but on a second building row, or a stone throw away from the beach and Sanders is a number 1 in value for money, between station 2 and station 3.
Anyhow most of us have legs to stroll around and guaranteed you go around to enjoy the extraordinary atmosphere brought in. ..not by the resorts, but by the visitors/guest.A la, to be fair... by booth of them.
BoracaySpot found also Sanders a hotspot under our web site visitors.
